How it Works?

Well Tested Process

Step-1
JD Analysis
First we get your Job Description (JD). We analyze your JD and run an internal Feasibility check through our internal & external databases. We check & correct alignment between the skills, location, experience and offered CTC.
Step-2
Kick-Off Call
Once your JD passes our Feasibility check and we realize your payment, we conduct a Kick-off Call. Your dedicated Delivery Manager will understand your requirement in detail, beyond what you have mentioned in the JD.
Step-3
CV Batches
You will get batches of CVs every alternate days. You will have to provide your feedback on the CVs, identifying the reasons of short-listing and for rejecting. The batch quality progressively improves with every iteration.
Step-4
Co-ordination
We manage end-to-end process of scheduling tele-interviews, test and in-person interviews. This further may go through iterations, so you can make an offer to the best-fit candidate. We will see through to candidate joining.
